Shipping policy

Many of our releases are sold as pre-ordered products and are expected to take 4-6 weeks from the end of the preorder period to ship. The product page will clearly state when an item is sold as part of a preorder.

A second shipping charge will be billed to the customer for any items returned for insufficient address.
